APPOINTMENTS
Dr. Duncan office is conveniemtly located at 41 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10065. The office is just off Fifth Avenue, between Fifth avenue and 6th Avenue in Manhattan on 4th Floor in the Pivotal Physical Therapy Center. The phone number for appointments or further information is is (212) 472-2066.. The office staff is available to assist you 8 AM to 4 PM Monday through Friday.
Medicare: Dr. Duncan is a participating provider of Medicare.
Private insurance: Please call the office to see if we will accept your particular plan. If we do not participate with your plan, then payment is expected at the time of your visit. We will gladly submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf or we can give you the appropriate forms to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Self-Pay: The cost for injection procedures vary depending on the type of service.
Cancellation: If you miss your appointment or cancel your appointment without advanced notice, it may prevent Dr. Duncan from helping other patients in need. In consideration to other patients and to our practice, kindly give 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Noncompliance with this policy will result in a late-cancellation fee before scheduling another appointment.

About Dr. Susana Duncan
Dr. Susana Grace Duncan is an author and lecturer on medical and environmental subjects. She acquired her medical training at the leading institutions for her specialties. A graduate with honors in Anthropology from Cambridge University in England, Dr. Duncan served as the award- winning science editor of New York magazine before receiving her medical degree from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. In her private practice, she provided both treatment and monitored physical therapy for a wide range of painful conditions including musculoskeletal pain; spine injuries, radiculopathy, nerve entrapments, sports and dance strain injury, arthritis, gait and balance disorders. She also served as an expert witness on a case involving stem cell treatment. She now devotes her time to writing blogs, articles and books about the increasingly-fragile ecology of well-being in America.
